Terms & Conditions – Win Your Dream Bathroom Package Giveaway
1. Promoter
The promoter is The Notorious Collective Pty Ltd (ABN 12 685 868 204) of 238 Governor Road, Braeside VIC 3195, Australia ("Promoter").
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).
Employees, contractors, directors, officers, immediate family members and agencies associated with the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries may be disqualified.
3. Competition Period
The competition opens at 12:01am AEST on Friday, 21 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday, 15 November 2026.
Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible entrants must:
- Complete the official online entry form via the competition landing page.
- Provide all mandatory information requested.
- Agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Incomplete, illegible or fraudulent entries may be deemed invalid.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Dream Bathroom Package with a total prize value of AUD $4,999, comprising:
- Personalised bathroom design consultation.
- Professionally prepared bathroom design concept.
- One (1) photorealistic 3D bathroom render.
- Curated finishes and product recommendations.
- AUD $1,999 credit towards the purchase of The Notorious Collective tapware.
Prize Conditions
The tapware credit:
- must be redeemed in a single purchase;
- cannot be exchanged for cash;
- is non-transferable;
- cannot be refunded or credited if the total purchase value is less than $1,999;
- applies only to products supplied by The Notorious Collective.
The bathroom design service and tapware credit must be redeemed within 12 months of the winner accepting the prize unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.
Installation, freight, plumbing, tiling, building works and any costs not expressly included in the prize remain the responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected by random computer-generated draw at:
The Notorious Collective
238 Governor Road
Braeside VIC 3195
on Monday, 16 November 2026.
The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via the email address and/or telephone number provided during entry within three (3) business days of the draw.
If the winner:
- cannot be contacted;
- is deemed ineligible; or
- fails to claim the prize within 14 days,
the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
8. Unclaimed Prize Draw
If required, an unclaimed prize draw will take place on Monday, 30 November 2026 at the Promoter's business address.
Any redraw winner will be notified within three (3) business days.
9. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities relating to the competition, including photography, videography, interviews and social media content without additional compensation.
The winner agrees that their first name, suburb and state may be published on the Promoter's website, social media channels and marketing material.
10. Bathroom Design & Intellectual Property
The bathroom design concepts, plans, drawings and renders produced as part of the prize remain the intellectual property of the designer and/or The Notorious Collective unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The winner receives a licence to use the completed design for their personal residential project.
11. Photography & Marketing Rights
As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner agrees to provide The Notorious Collective reasonable access to photograph and/or film the completed bathroom featuring The Notorious Collective products.
The winner grants the Promoter permission to use photographs, videos and completed project imagery for promotional, marketing, advertising, website and social media purposes without additional compensation.
12. Personal Information
By entering this competition, entrants consent to receiving marketing communications from The Notorious Collective.
Entrants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in marketing communications.

13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
- lost, late or misdirected entries;
- technical failures or website interruptions;
- incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by entrants;
- any taxation implications arising from acceptance of the prize;
- any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the competition or the prize.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
14. Cancellation or Amendment
If the competition cannot proceed as planned for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, including technical failures, fraud, acts of God or government restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition, subject to applicable laws.
15. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including proof of identity, age and residency.
Any attempt to manipulate or interfere with the competition may result in disqualification.
The Promoter's decisions regarding all aspects of the competition are final.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
